Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what data Lahnova uses to generate music, images and video from the projects you create. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Information we collect
Content you submit
- Project titles, lyrics, prompts, character stills, scene boards, and audio you import or generate
- Photos you choose from your photo library as references
- Rendered stills, clips and final videos linked to your project so you can reopen them
Usage and diagnostics
- Crash and diagnostic logs, app version and device type, used to keep the app working
This version of Lahnova has no in-app purchases, so the app does not collect purchase history.
How we use it
- To generate lyrics, music, images, video and lip-sync for the project you started
- To store your projects so you can keep editing and render a finished video
- To prevent abuse and keep the service running
Third parties
These processors handle data only as needed for a feature you use:
- Google Gemini: lyrics and related text or image steps
- Kie.ai and the music, image and video models it connects to: the generation you request in the app
- OpenAI: video generation when you choose an OpenAI model
- Vibecode: hosting for the Lahnova backend
- Apple: App Store and TestFlight distribution
Generated media is produced by third-party models. We send them only the prompts and reference media needed for the job you started.
Permissions
- Photo library: optional, to pick a reference photo and to save finished videos to your Photos
This version does not ask for camera, microphone or location access.
Storage, security and retention
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Project files are kept until you delete them. Uninstalling the app removes data stored on your device. To ask us to delete the project data we hold on our servers, email support@smbdmtechnologies.com; we aim to reply within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data by emailing support@smbdmtechnologies.com.
Children
Lahnova is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be shown in the app or on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
